New Year New Ideas: Highlights from PPAI Expo 2026

January is always seen as a month of fresh starts and setting goals for the year ahead. In the promotional products industry, January also means PPAI Expo. As the largest and longest running event in our industry, it is the perfect way to kick off the year.

This year, Kara, Brayden, and Josie attended Expo and experienced thousands of products from hundreds of suppliers. They left with aching feet and very little sleep, but also with fresh ideas, new inspiration, and excitement to help elevate our clients’ brands in 2026.

• Took place January 12–15, 2026 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas
• Welcomed over 10,000 distributors from across the promotional products industry
• Featured nearly 1,000 exhibitors
• Spanned approximately 1 million square feet of show floor
• Personalization and experiential marketing stood out with on site decoration and interactive booths
• Elevated, retail inspired apparel and everyday luxury pieces were key trends
• Sustainability remained a strong focus with eco minded materials and sourcing

Every member of our team walked away with different takeaways from Expo. With varying levels of experience and different years attending, we all gained something unique, but one thing was clear. We learned, we grew, and we came back energized.

Another exciting part of Expo was reconnecting with trusted supplier partners while also building new relationships with suppliers who align with the SoGood mission. These connections allow us to expand our product offerings and bring even more value to our clients.
