Refund, Return, Delivery, and Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: We offer replacements or refunds for defective or damaged items within 15 days of date of delivery. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are in their original condition and packaging. Customized or decorated products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect (see refund policy above).
Delivery Policy: Each item has its own production and transit time, depending on the manufacturer and location. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Cancellation Policy: Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Please contact us within 24 hours of sales order approval for cancellation. After that timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have already begun. Any request made after 24 hours is subject to cancellation fees, depending on product and manufacturer.
